Refund Policy

We price in milestones precisely so you never pay for work you have not seen. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we have started, your advance is refunded in full minus any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (such as licences or domains).

Mid-project

You may stop a project at any milestone boundary. Completed milestones are payable in full; the unstarted remainder of the project is not charged. Partially completed milestones are billed for the work done to date.

Delivered work

Milestones you have reviewed and approved are not refundable. If something we shipped is defective, we fix it at no charge — that is covered by the support window in your proposal, not by a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 14 business days.
