Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every project and service agreement between Aperio Studios and its clients. Starting a project with us means you accept them.
Scope of work
Every engagement begins with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts — no surprise invoices, no silent additions.
Payments
Projects are billed in milestones agreed in the proposal, typically an advance to reserve the schedule and the balance against deliveries. Invoices are due within 14 days. Work may pause on accounts more than 14 days overdue.
Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, full ownership of the delivered design and code transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Each milestone includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are billed at our standard rate, quoted before we begin.
Client responsibilities
Timelines assume timely feedback and provision of content, credentials and approvals. Delays on inputs shift delivery dates by at least the same amount.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is capped at the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party services we integrate on your instruction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
